Writing a book like this unlocks a lot of memories. Once you open the door, the events of your life come racing out of your head and you can't stop them. I am remembering more anecdotes than I can possibly recount. I've tried to choose ones I think you will enjoy reading about --- they certainly have brought great joy to me as I put them into words.
In the preface to this book, I told you it wouldn't be a history book ... just me talking with you about my life. Now, I suspect I've talked long enough.
